1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the MoJo Pools website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our Services
MoJo Pools LLC provides pool cleaning, maintenance, green-pool clean-up, acid wash, filter cleaning, start-ups, and repair services across Fort Worth & the DFW Metroplex. Service availability, scope, and pricing are confirmed at the time of your quote.
3. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are provided free of charge and are based on the condition and details of your pool at the time of assessment. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual conditions differ significantly from what was described. We will always communicate any changes before proceeding.
4. Scheduling & Access
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to your pool and equipment at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the property, additional trip fees may apply. Please notify us in advance of any pets, gate codes, or special instructions.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Recurring service arrangements may be billed on a regular schedule as described in your service agreement.
6. Results & Water Chemistry
We take pride in delivering excellent results. However, pool conditions can be affected by weather, usage, equipment condition, and factors outside our control. Green-pool recovery and acid-wash results may vary based on the existing condition of the pool surface and water.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoJo Pools is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a scheduled service so we can offer the slot to another customer.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
